The kids’ face painting and colouring tent is located in front of the DHF Real Estate office ( next to Whale Watching ). You can settle in and do some creative colouring or we’ll paint some nautical creatures on your face. It’s all about families having fun at the 5th Annual Cowichan Bay Spot Prawn Festival.
